SHOVELING INFORMATION:
Residents are responsible for shoveling the public sidewalks in front of their homes from lot line to lot line. Houses on corner lots must shovel both sidewalks. The HOA is responsible for maintaining the sidewalks in the common areas or the development. Common areas are defined as mailboxes, the sidewalk outside the clubhouse, and sidewalks around the entry points of the neighborhood.
PLOWING INFORMATION:
The Town’s public works department plows the streets maintained by the Town. Not all of the streets in Ridgely Forest have been turned over to the Town and those streets are currently being plowed by the Developer until they are turned over.
